A proper skincare regime should be followed according to your skin type i.e. cleansing, toning, and moisturizing irrespective of the season. We all have different skin types oily, dry, combination, or oily so why use the same products on different types of skin. Using the products not suitable for your skin type can also cause problems like itchiness, excess oil, and breakouts.

When you wash the clay/mud mask off, you wash away the dead skin cells, dirt, oil, and any bits that can be clogging your pores. You can prepare it according to your taste, I personally prefer these components to be there in mine—7/9 mint leaves, a bit of crushed ginger, cucumber slices, lemon slices, cinnamon, chia seeds, and slices of any seasonal fruit that you prefer. Put all these components in a bottle fill it with water and leave it for 5-6 hours and your drink is ready. You can refill it up to 3-4 times a day. This will keep you hydrated all day long and will make your skin shine and give it a glossy appearance naturally.

 Summer sees a lot of water-rich foods such as watermelon, strawberries, cucumbers, zucchini, and basil because nature intuitively knows that our bodies need that extra hydration. My mantra of healthy eating is making a point of using as much local produce as I can.

If we talk about hair, it is better if they are nongreasy and tied up if you are wearing something formal but if you're meeting someone informally then it's up to you how you want to keep it. Bangs are okay unless you're spending too much time pushing them away from your face.

Your nails should be trimmed and tidy. Nowadays women are fond of the acrylic nails that are in trend no doubts on that but in your professional life it is better if you be as simple as possible but there are no hard and fast rules for that if you want to grow your nails make sure they are clean enough and it is better to keep washing your hands time to time to avoid a weird fetid hands.

When we meet a person, we get familiar with their odor but having a bad one could be something to worry about. It's very normal to have sweat issues but they could be taken care of using suitable colognes, you shouldn't choose pungent or strong ones as it they could be uneasy for someone's nose.
